Barry Mooney, Senior Pastor of New Life Alliance Church in Logansport, is passionate about God, his family and helping people discover & follow Jesus. Barry and his wife, Ellen, began a life of ministry in 1987 which has included faithful years as a pastor, experience as church planters, Barry supervised church planting for a total of 16 years, he was a denominational leader at the district level, they were workers in Christian higher education, Ellen was the head of publications, director of ministries and more. They both enjoy hiking, reading, good Bar-B-Que and gardening.
Barry and Ellen were married in 1986, and have one daughter, Meg, who is the Director of Proposals for a Fortune 500 company in Houston. Their son, Patrick, is a Tower Technician with Ski-Fi at a communications company in Washington state. They are also proud grandparents of two grandchildren.
